Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” “Advertiser,” or “Publisher”) and AdsBender (“AdsBender,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at sign-up, or otherwise accessing or using the AdsBender platform, website, dashboard, or APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case “you” refers to that entity.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide (name, email, country, and any billing or payout details) is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@adsbender.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. One account is permitted per individual or entity unless we approve additional accounts in writing; duplicate or fraudulently created accounts may be suspended or terminated.

3. Advertiser & Publisher Roles

The Service operates two account roles, and the terms specific to each apply in addition to the general terms in this document:

Advertisers may create and fund campaigns across the ad formats supported by AdsBender (Popunder, Page Bar, In-Page Push, and Interstitial) under a pricing model of CPA, CPC, or CPM. All campaigns, creatives, and landing pages are subject to review and must comply with our Prohibited Content & Conduct policy (Section 6) before and while running. We may pause, reject, or remove a campaign at any time it violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to users or publishers.

Publishers may add websites, apps, or other traffic sources and create ad zones to display AdsBender advertising. Ad zones and traffic sources are subject to approval and ongoing review. Publishers are responsible for ensuring their traffic is genuine, that ad placements comply with these Terms, and that their site or app does not itself violate applicable law or these Terms (including Section 6). We reserve the right to reject or disable any ad zone or traffic source at our discretion.

4. Fees, Payments & Payouts

Advertiser deposits. Advertisers fund their wallet before running campaigns. Deposits are processed through third-party payment processors, including PayPal and Razorpay, and are subject to those providers’ own terms and any processing fees they charge. Campaign spend is deducted from wallet balance in real time as your ads serve. Deposited funds are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing, and unused wallet balance does not earn interest.

Publisher payouts. Publisher earnings accrue based on verified, valid traffic and are subject to review for invalid activity (see Section 6) before being made available for withdrawal. Payouts are issued to the payout method you provide (which may include PayPal or Razorpay/RazorpayX, where available in your country) and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold, processing time, and identity/tax verification before release. We may withhold or reverse payouts attributable to fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating traffic.

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service, including income earned as a publisher or amounts spent as an advertiser. We may request tax identification information where required by law.

5. Ad Content & Creative Standards

All advertising creatives, landing pages, and redirect chains submitted by advertisers must be accurate, not misleading, and must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws in every country the campaign targets. We may request changes to, reject, or remove any creative or landing page at our sole discretion, including after it has begun serving.

Publishers must display AdsBender ad placements as provided, without modifying, obscuring, or misrepresenting ad content, and without incentivizing or coercing clicks or impressions in a way that misleads end users.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service to promote, distribute, or generate, and traffic sources may not contain:

  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to a device or network;
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive imitation of another brand, product, or service;
  • Illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods, or content that infringes a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Sexually explicit content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content otherwise prohibited under applicable law;
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against individuals or groups;
  • Click fraud, bot traffic, incentivized or non-human traffic, or any other form of invalid traffic generation, whether on the advertiser or publisher side;
  • Forced redirects, auto-download of files without consent, or ad units designed to trap or trick users into interacting with them;
  • Any attempt to circumvent our targeting, pricing, review, fraud-detection, or security systems.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of pending publisher payouts attributable to the violation, forfeiture of advertiser wallet balance used to generate the violation, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, dashboards, and the AdsBender name and logo, is owned by AdsBender and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.

You retain ownership of the creatives, landing pages, and website content you submit or operate, but you grant AdsBender a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate the Service (for example, serving your creative through a publisher’s ad zone).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, clicks, conversions, revenue, or campaign performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsBender and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to AdsBender in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdsBender and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or traffic, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or invalid activity, or if required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@adsbender.com, subject to settlement of any outstanding wallet balance or pending payout obligations.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12) will survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@adsbender.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or our practices. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
