Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AdsBender (“AdsBender,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our advertiser and publisher platform (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), country, and selected role (advertiser or publisher). If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier from Google as permitted by your consent at sign-in.

Billing & payout information. If you fund a wallet or request a payout, our payment processors (PayPal and Razorpay/RazorpayX) collect and process the payment details needed to complete the transaction. AdsBender does not store your full card number, bank account number, or payment credentials on our own servers — that data is handled directly by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.

Campaign & ad-zone data. Advertisers’ campaign configuration, creatives, targeting, and spend data, and publishers’ site/app, ad zone, and traffic data, including impression, click, and conversion events needed to calculate billing and payouts.

Usage & device data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically as you use the Service or interact with ads served through the network, and used for analytics, fraud/invalid-traffic detection, and security.

Communications. Messages you send us (for example via our contact form or support email) and any information you choose to include in them.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and administer your account and authenticate you when you log in;
  • To operate the advertising and publisher platform, including serving campaigns, tracking impressions/clicks/conversions, and calculating spend and payouts;
  • To process deposits and payouts through PayPal and Razorpay/RazorpayX;
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and policy violations;
  • To send transactional communications (account, billing, security, and policy notices) and, where you have not opted out, product updates;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and anti-fraud recordkeeping requirements; and
  • To improve, secure, and develop the Service, including through aggregated or de-identified analytics.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and, for bot/fraud protection, Cloudflare Turnstile) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure campaign and ad-zone performance (impressions, clicks, conversions), and protect the Service from automated abuse.

Essential cookies (for example, your session cookie) are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality such as staying logged in. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; blocking all cookies may limit parts of the Service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Payment processors (PayPal, Razorpay/RazorpayX) to process deposits and payouts;
  • Advertisers and publishers, indirectly — an advertiser’s creative is displayed through a publisher’s ad zone, and aggregate, non-identifying performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend) is visible to the corresponding counterparty as part of normal campaign/ad-zone reporting; we do not share one party’s account or contact details with the other without consent;
  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, provide security/bot-protection (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), or otherwise process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal & safety disclosures where required to comply with law, a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdsBender, our users, or the public; and
  • Business transfers — if AdsBender is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy providing equivalent protection.

6. International Data Transfers

AdsBender serves advertisers and publishers worldwide, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than the one in which you reside, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign and ad-zone performance records tied to billing or payouts are retained for the period required to support financial recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), salted password hashing, and access controls limiting who can view account and financial data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to promptly investigate and address any suspected breach.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can update your account details directly in your dashboard, or exercise any of these rights by emailing support@adsbender.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Deleting your account does not remove records we are required to retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or financial recordkeeping purposes; that data is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and otherwise deleted.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@adsbender.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Contact Us
